These Terms of Service apply to your use of the BioScalers website and to the growth and marketing services we provide to healthcare practices. By using our website, booking a call, or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.
Our services
BioScalers provides healthcare growth and marketing services that may include positioning, content strategy, Meta advertising, lead qualification, follow-up automation, and reputation workflows. The exact scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees for each client will be confirmed in a separate proposal, agreement, or written communication.
Strategy calls
Strategy calls can be booked through our website or directly with our team. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let us know as early as possible. We may reschedule a call when reasonable notice is provided. We reserve the right to reschedule or decline calls where necessary.
Payment terms
Our ongoing services are generally provided on a monthly retainer basis. Payment amounts, due dates, and any additional costs, including advertising spend or third-party tools, will be set out in your client agreement or invoice. Unless agreed otherwise in writing, invoices must be paid on time for services to continue. Late or unpaid invoices may result in a pause of services.
No guarantee of results
Marketing results depend on many factors outside our control, including your clinic's offer, location, pricing, reputation, sales follow-up, advertising platform policies, budget, and market conditions. We will use reasonable skill and care in providing our services, but we do not guarantee a specific number of leads, bookings, revenue, return on ad spend, or any other business result.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate information, timely feedback, approvals, access to relevant accounts, and payment of agreed fees. You are also responsible for ensuring that your clinic, claims, offers, and patient communications comply with all applicable laws, professional standards, and platform policies.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BioScalers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, including lost profits, lost revenue, or loss of business opportunities. Our total liability relating to services will not exceed the fees you paid to us for the services giving rise to the claim during the three months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms limits liability where it cannot legally be limited.

We may update these terms from time to time. Updated terms will be posted on this page and apply from the date they are published.
