When you complete our lead form, we collect your full name, clinic name, email address, phone number, and the marketing challenge you choose to share with us. When a form is submitted, we may also collect technical information such as your IP address to protect the form from spam and abuse.

Why we use it

We use this information to understand your practice's needs, respond to your enquiry, arrange a call, and follow up about our healthcare marketing services. We may also use it to keep a record of our communications and improve our services.

How it is stored and shared

Your form information is stored securely in our Supabase database and sent to our business email inbox so we can manage follow-up communications. We use Supabase and Google's email services only to operate our website and respond to enquiries. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

When you submit a website review, the name you provide, star rating, review message, and submission month may be displayed publicly on the BioScalers website. Your email address is never included in the public review feed. You may contact us to request removal, and our team can also remove a review directly from the Supabase feedback table.

Website analytics

With your permission, we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our website, such as which pages are visited and whether a strategy-call request is submitted. Analytics storage is denied by default, and the Google Analytics library is loaded only after you accept analytics. You can decline analytics without losing essential website functionality and change your choice later through the Cookie settings control. Google may process permitted analytics information in line with its own privacy practices.

Spam protection

We use Cloudflare Turnstile to protect our lead form from bots, spam, and abuse. Turnstile may process technical information about your browser or device to confirm that a submission is from a genuine visitor. This information is processed according to Cloudflare's privacy practices.

How long we keep it

We keep your information only for as long as it is reasonably needed to respond to you, provide our services, maintain business records, or meet legal obligations. We securely delete or anonymise information when it is no longer needed.

Requesting deletion

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal information at any time. Please use the contact email published on our website with the subject line “Data Deletion Request”. We may need to confirm your identity before completing the request.

We may update this policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page.
